Niall joined Templar Advisors in 2005 from Financial Dynamics (FD) where he was Senior Vice President in charge of the Management Coaching division.  He has over fourteen years experience advising senior executives in the art of presentation and spoken communication including six years running his own firm Westbury Consulting. 

He specializes in preparing Investment Banks, Asset Management Companies and Corporates for competitive pitches and major presentations.  He has worked extensively alongside Private Equity firms and their investee companies preparing them for investor presentations.  In 2008 he undertook assignments for JP Morgan, Sarasin and Partners, Bridgepoint Capital, Pioneer Global Investments, ITI Group and TVN (Poland).

He is accredited to the MBA programme at the London Business School.  His earlier career was in healthcare management in both public and private sectors.
