Niall joined Templar Advisors in 2005 from Financial Dynamics International where he was a Senior Vice President in charge of the Management Coaching division.  He has over twelve years experience advising senior executives in the art of presentation and competitive pitching, including six years running his own firm Westbury Consulting.  He specialises in the preparation of management teams for investor roadshows (IPO, M&A etc) and has advised clients in   Europe, Bermuda, USA, Middle East and Asia. 

Major recent assignments have included the preparation of senior management of Northcliffe Newspaper Group for their sale by Daily Mail General Trust, coaching management teams for listing on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and the Dubai International Financial Exchange. The execution of extensive presentation coaching programmes in the UK for senior investment bankers at Merrill Lynch and in Hong Kong for the Debt Capital Markets team at UBS Asia.

His earlier career was in the management of healthcare facilities in both public and private sectors.
